The attached Resolution seeks City Commission authority to execute an “Interlocal Subscription Agreement” with the Florida PACE Funding Agency for a term of three (3) years. This will secure for City property owners PACE program loan benefits pertaining to energy efficiency devices and improvements, such as hurricane glass windows and solar panels. |
